AI Fluency for Builders
A hands-on program on working effectively with AI as a developer — prompting techniques, delegating the right parts of a task, evaluating and verifying model output, and knowing where AI belongs in a real build. It reshaped how I use AI day to day: as a tool that speeds up delivery without loosening the review and correctness standards the code still has to meet.
Master CSSLP: Secure Software Lifecycle Professional Training
Based on the (ISC)² CSSLP certification body of knowledge, this training walked through the full secure software development lifecycle — requirements, secure design, secure coding, testing and deployment. It helped me internalize a security-by-design mindset, which matters most on regulation-heavy, security-critical systems like the card payment workflows I work on.
Secure Coding: Secure Application Development
Focused on recognizing and mitigating common vulnerabilities (SQL injection, XSS, broken authentication, and more — largely mirroring the OWASP Top 10), plus input validation and secure error-handling practices. It reinforced the habit of baking security controls into the code itself, from the design stage onward, instead of patching them in afterwards.
WebWave: Front-End Bootcamp
An intensive 4-week, 36-hour bootcamp covering modern front-end practices end-to-end — responsive layouts, component-based architecture and performance-aware development. It sharpened how quickly and cleanly I can ship React-based interfaces.
TechTalks – Alumni: Event Attendance
Attended this alumni-led event where former students and industry professionals shared first-hand experience on transitioning from university into real software careers — useful context for shaping my own early-career decisions.
Embedded Systems 101
Covered the fundamentals of embedded systems — microcontroller architecture, hardware-software interaction and low-level programming principles. This foundation directly carried into my later work building embedded device interfaces at Miltera Electronics.
